DETAILS:
We have a room available in our new (built in February 2023) apartment. We are two friendly roommates looking for a friendly individual to join our apartment. Our previous roommate didn't succeed in finding work back in Zurich after her 6 month internship at the Swiss stand at the World Expo. We have a cozy 14m2 room available for rent as of Nov 1st. We are Jeremy (M,27) and Lea (F, 24) that speak English fluently. Jeremy speaks French and has a basic level in German. Lea is fluent in German.
Jeremy works for Oracle in Zurich, he loves traveling, and is always happy to go discover new places. That also means that it’s quite common that he is off on an adventure for part of the weekend. If Jeremy is not away in another country you can most likely find him hiking in the mountains.
Lea works at Swiss as a flight attendant. She is currently doing her training course and will soon be flying. When she has free time she enjoys exercising, hiking, swimming in Zurich, and biking. She also goes back to Vienna where whe is originally from.
The apartment itself boasts an excellent standard of living. We have oak parquet floor. We have a range of modern amenities available, including a private rooftop terrace where you can relax, unwind, and socialize with other friends. The fact that we have the entire floor of the building to ourselves allows us to enjoy plenty of natural light in every room.

We also have individual temperature-controlled underfloor heating, ensuring your comfort throughout the year.
