Due to studies abroad for a semester, I'm renting out my fully furnished room in our 3-person flatshare in Albisrieden (close to Altstetten) starting the 10th of September until the 3rd of January. (Starting date can be flexed to a few days earlier but only a sleeping matress in the shared living room is available until the 10th).

Great location: The 4.5 room apartment (2 floors) is located in a new, calm and very nice and newly built building complex. It is close by to both tram and bus, with direct routes to all major university campuses in Zurich (ETH, UZH, Irchel
in around 30 to 40min door-to-door), as well as to the city center/Hauptbahnhof (25min) and is well suited for anyone working in the city. The Altstetten train station
with connections to trains all over Switzerland
can be reached in 20min by foot or 7min by bus, and also has stores open on Sundays. The apartment is within walking distance (~20min) of Uetliberg
perfect for enjoying nature with a great view of the city.
In the immediate vicinity lies the large Bachwiesen Park in cozy English park style, with children playgrounds, fireplaces for grilling, a small stream, and the Bachwiesen Community Center and Animal Enclosure.

Large space: The shared living area is bright and spacious, and includes a balcony that remains sunny in the evenings. The living room is fully furnished and include Apple TV, projector, sound system, a bar, loads of plants and so much more. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an stove top, oven, and dishwasher.
The furnished bedroom is 15^2m, bright, well insulated from both cold temperatures and noise, and includes a very large and mirrored wardrobe to store your belongings.
Included in the room is a large king-sized bed (150x200cm) with extra storage drawers under the bed frame, a desk+chair and a 42" OLED TV useable as a TV or PC monitor, and an extra 32" LCD screen with USB hub
for the perfect home-office setup. There is also a large bureau/chest of drawers which together with the massive wardrobe can comfortably store all your belongings.

The flat has 2 bathrooms (one per floor) with shower, bath + washing/drying machine (no need to schedule).
Your roommates will be Miro (36) and working within the Banking sector,
and Deniz (33) and working with IT. Both are very nice but also quite busy so the apartment is normally calm and very quiet at all times of the day.

Priority for people who can rent during the whole period. One month rent will be required as deposit
to be returned upon leaving the apartment in good condition.
