After a great time in this amazing flat, it's sadly time for me to leave. Therefore I am searching for a new tenant for my room.

* has 5.5 rooms (3 bedrooms, 1 big living room, 1 dining room aka guest room, 2 bathrooms & 2 balconies)
* has all the amenities you would want (great kitchen incl. dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, a big cellar, a lift,...)
* is super well located (6 min by foot from enge, 10 to Badi enge, 12 min to Langstrasse)
* is super bright (living room & one balcony is full south/west)
* is fully furnished (when joining you pay 1/3 of the furniture value, that you get back when leaving

Your fabulous room :


* has a private walk-in closet (plenty of space for all your clothes)
* has direct access to the big balcony
* is big (25m2)
* is not furnished (but can buy previous furniture)
* is available from the 1st of October (later also possible if needed)

You will be living with two great people: 1 man (27, Swiss) & 1 man (25, Belgian).
