I’m Sandra and from the 1st of may this will be my new home and I am looking for someone to share it with.


About the flat:

On the pictures you can see how it was equipped before. Some of the furniture will come along but there is still plenty of room to design and create this space.
The flat has a nice and open kitchen/living room area and comes with a nice, large private terrace offering a view of the Zurich Botanical Gardens. On the terrace we can chill out, do yoga sessions with a view, work in home office or have a barbecue.
Next to the living room there are 3 rooms. One will be available (around 14m2), one will be my private room and the other one will be my semi-private room. My idea is to make it a multifunctional space: for home office, visitors, home workouts, whatever is needed... and I'd share it with you as well ;)
The apartment comes with two large storage areas (basement and attic).
The building is located 5 minutes from Stadelhofen and a 15 minute walk from China Garden. The tram stop of the line 11 (Hedwigsteig) is conveniently in front of the building.


About me:

I am 30 and pretty new in Zurich. I’m an open minded and very spontaneous person, and I work as an engineer. I have quite an active lifestyle, I like to be outside, do acroyoga and love dancing. Oh and I love plants, so there is a good chance that we/I will grow vegetables on the terrace ;)

The room can be rented for 3 up to 6 months. If we get along very well, even longer.
