As our flatmate Nina is leaving to live closer to work, we (Raphael and Dennis) are currently looking for a new flatmate starting November.

The flat is located conveniently with the Bus/Tram stations Sackzelg, Hubertus and Langgrütistrasse all within 5ish min walking distance.

With a spacious >100m2 total, the flat comes with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.
One with a shower and one with a bathtub.
We have a balcony for everyday use and a rooftop terrace with sunset views, ideal for long summer evenings.
The flat also has its private laundry room for the three of us with a tumbler, washing machine and an additional small freezer.

The room for rent is bright and has a total of around 14m2.
As a size reference, the bed in the image is 160cm, the room is much more spacious in person.
Rent total is 1000,- CHF for the room and 110,- CHF for additional costs to cover heating, electricity, internet and the bi-weekly cleaning company.

About us:
We are both in out mid-late 30s.
Raphael speaks EN / FR and works in finance.
In his free time, you can find him out in nature, whether it be on foot or by bike, reading a good book or out enjoying a concert.

Dennis speaks DE / EN / PT works in IT, and if he is not working on his next photography project he might be cooking or also be out and about cycling.
