There is currently a room available in a 6.5 room apartment on the second floor at Feldbergstrasse 87, right in front of the Matthäus Church.



The unfurnished room is 16 m² and would be 880 CHF, including Internet and excluding additional costs such as Utilities (IWB, Serafe and flat expenses) is already available from January 1st, 2025.



It is a very spacious "Altbau" appartment with big common spaces (living room, hallway, kitchen, 2 toilets and eventually a sports room) and a lot of light. The balcony faces the inner courtyard. The flooring is mostly parquet with tiles only in the kitchen and bathrooms. Although there is no lift, there are rather big attic and cellar spaces that we can share while laundry facilities are also in the basement.



As mentioned, the location is central with 2 Bus No. 30 stations (Hammerstrasse & Feldbergstrasse) and Tram line 8 and 14 stations within 1-2 minutes walking distance. Getting down to the Rhein is also only a matter of 5 minutes. Supermarkets such as Coop, Migros and Denner are all accessible within 1-5 min walk and so are many Restaurants, Coffeeshops and takeaways. On Saturdays, the Matthäus Markt takes place right in front of the building with fresh and local produce readily available. The vibe of the area here is very alternative with a lot of young and multicultural people, making it always alive!



We, Mireia (Masseuse and Health Coach), Robin (Social worker & Meditation Teacher) and Meta (Marketing & Design) are looking for friendly, respectful and tidy flatmate. Once Meta moves out in 2025, we 3 will share the entire flat and turn her room into a sports room (until then, you pay only 660.- excluding bills and flate expenses).



We are easy going people who like to have a peaceful und harmonious home, while at times also enjoying some company for a dinner, drink or gathering.
