About the Apartment

This bright and modern top-floor flat features floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, high ceilings, wooden floors throughout, and two large terraces – perfect for relaxing, working outdoors, or hosting friends.

Your Room:

The room is 16 m² and comes with its own private bathroom and shower.

Shared Amenities:

The apartment includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with modern appliances (including a dishwasher), an in-unit washer and dryer, and shared cellar space. An optional parking spot is available for CHF 250 per month.

Rent and Costs:

The rent is CHF 1,740 per month. Additional CHF 120 covers high-speed internet and bi-weekly professional cleaning. A deposit is required.

Location

The flat is located at the quiet end of Kreis 5 and is well-connected by tram lines 4, 8, and 17. The Limmat River is just a short walk away – ideal for jogging, swimming, or peaceful strolls. Supermarkets, cafes, and a gym are all nearby. While the area is calm, Zurich’s vibrant city center is just a short tram or bike ride away.

About Your Flatmates

You’ll be living with Gerrit (28) and Magnus (26), both from Germany, working full-time and passionate about tennis. The atmosphere in the flat is friendly, respectful, and organized – which we value, especially due to the open-plan layout.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a flatmate between 26 and 32 years old with a long-term work contract. You should speak English and/or German, enjoy a tidy and social home, and ideally be male to keep a balanced dynamic in the flat.

Move-in Date
