Schweren Herzens gebe ich mein Zimmer zum 27.10.2025 auf wegen eines Austauschprogramms.
Das Zimmer misst etwa 15 m2 und ist sehr hell.
Wenn man das Zimmer betritt steht zur rechten Seite eine kleine Kommode, daneben ein großer Schrank mit sehr viel Stauraum. Zur linken Seite steht das Bett, ein kleines Bücherregal und der Schreibtisch.

Sehr zentrale Lage in Kreis 4, mitten im Herzen Zürichs.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstrasse der Badnerstrasse zwischen Lochergut und Albisriederplatz.
Die Tramhaltestelle Zypressenstrasse liegt quasi direkt vor der Haustür.
Zwei Coops sind in 3-5 Minuten zur Fuss zu erreichen, zum nächsten Migros läuft man etwa 10 Minuten und ein Bäcker ist schräg gegenüber.
Viele schöne Cafés, Bars und Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch zur Langstrasse, Plaza und Co. benötigt man weniger als 20 Minuten zur Fuß oder etwa 5 Minuten mit der Tram.
Zum HB sind es nur 12 Minuten mit der Tram.

Momentan wohne ich, vielleicht demnächst du, mit der lieben Lana zusammen. Sie studiert im Master Elektrotechnik an der ETH und spricht 4 Sprachen fließend.
Sie ist ein wahnsinnig lieber und aufgeschlossener Mensch mit dem du über Gott und die Welt reden kannst.
Daher suchen wir auf jeden Fall, jemand der auch an gemeinschaftlichen Unternehmungen Interesse hat, gerne zusammen kocht und plaudert.

Im Sommer nach meinem Auslandssemester werde ich in das kleine zusätzliche Zimmer ziehen, da noch ein paar letzte Kurse absolvieren muss. Von daher solltest du kein Problem damit haben, wenn wir eine Zeit lang zu dritt in der Wohnung sind. Zum Glück ist die Wohnung dafür gross genug. :)

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich durch einen schönen Holzparkett-Boden und besitzt 4 Zimmer, zwei WG-Zimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein weiteres Zimmer. Das momentan noch als Abstellraum funktioniert, könnte aber ein weiteres WG-Zimmer werden oder für sonstiges genutzt werden.
Ein weiteres Highlight der Wohnung sind aber auf jeden Fall die zwei Balkone. Einer geht zum Innenhof hinaus und einer ist zur Strassenseite hin.
Die Wohnung besitzt ein Kellerabteil und die Mietergemeinschaft teilt sich eine Waschküche.

Da ich meine Möbel leider bei meinem Umzug nicht mitnehmen kann, suche ich jemand der bereit ist diese zu übernehmen (Preis 2750 CHF VB). Der Schrank und der Schreibtisch sind ganz neu (kaum benutzt).
Mit meinem Einzug habe ich viele Dinge, vieles an Geschirr und sonstigem mit in die WG eingebracht. Es ist also alles vorhanden und vollständig ausgestattet.
Auf dich würden daher keine weiteren Kosten zukommen.

Momentan würden wir dich als Untermieterin aufnehmen und bei meinem endgültigen Auszug könntest du den Mietvertrag an meiner Stelle übernehmen und damit Hauptmieterin werden. Daher müsstest du auch vorerst keine Kaution zahlen.

With a heavy heart I am giving up my room on October 27, 2025, due to an exchange program.
The room measures approximately 15 m² and is very bright.
When you enter the room, there is a small chest of drawers on the right-hand side, next to a large closet with plenty of storage space. On the left-hand side is the bed, a small bookshelf, and the desk.

Very central location in district 4, right in the heart of Zurich.
The apartment is located on a side street off Badnerstrasse between Lochergut and Albisriederplatz.
The Zypressenstrasse tram stop is practically right outside the front door.
Two Coops are within a 3-5 minute walk, the nearest Migros is about a 10-minute walk away, and there is a bakery diagonally opposite.
Many nice cafés, bars, and restaurants are within easy reach. Langstrasse, Plaza, and Co. are also less than a 20-minute walk or about a 5-minute tram ride away.
The main station is only 12 minutes away by tram.

I currently live with my dear friend Lana, and maybe soon you will too. She is studying for a master's degree in electrical engineering at ETH and speaks four languages fluently.
She is an incredibly kind and open-minded person with whom you can talk about anything under the sun.
That's why we're definitely looking for someone who is also interested in communal activities, enjoys cooking together and chatting.

In the summer, after my semester abroad, I will move into the small extra room, as I still have a few final courses to complete. So you shouldn't have a problem with the three of us living in the apartment for a while. Fortunately, the apartment is big enough for that. :)

The apartment is very bright and friendly thanks to beautiful wooden parquet flooring and has four rooms: two shared rooms, a living room, and another room. The latter is currently used as a storage room, but could be converted into another shared room or used for other purposes.
Another highlight of the apartment is definitely the two balconies. One opens onto the inner courtyard and the other faces the street.
The apartment has a basement storage unit and the tenants share a laundry room.

Unfortunately, I cannot take my furniture with me when I move out, so I am looking for someone who is willing to take it (price 2750 CHF negotiable). The wardrobe and desk are brand new (barely used).
When I moved in, I brought a lot of things with me to the shared apartment, including many dishes and other items. So everything is available and fully equipped.
You would therefore not incur any additional costs.

At the moment, we would take you on as a subtenant, and when I finally move out, you could take over the lease in my place and become the main tenant. Therefore you would not need to pay a deposit at the moment.
