We are offering a fully furnished room for sublet from April 1st to May 30th, with the possibility to take over the lease permanently afterward, as we will be moving out due to personal reasons.

You will be sharing the apartment with Sebastian, a carpenter from Germany who also makes music. He is relaxed, sporty, funny and an amazing cook. Living with him means good vibes and occasionally very good food.

The room available is located upstairs and offers enough privacy. It comes with its own private toilet and sink, as well as direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.


About the Apartment

The apartment is very centrally located, just a 5 to 7 minute walk from Basel SBB, with tram lines 1 and 2 stopping right outside the building. Although it is situated on a main street, it is surprisingly quiet once the windows are closed.
It is fully furnished, well equipped, and filled with plenty of plants, giving it a warm and homely atmosphere. There is also a coffee machine for slow, cozy mornings before work or university.


The apartment is spread over two floors:


First floor:
living room, kitchen, hallway, Sebastian's room and the main bathroom (with shower).

Upstairs:
your room, the second toilet, and a mid sized balcony.

You will be sharing the kitchen, living room, hallway, and main bathroom. The apartment also has its own private laundry tower (washer and dryer), which makes everyday life very convenient.


Rent and Costs

CHF 1000 per month (all bills included, wifi, heating, gas)


Who We Are Looking For

Cleanliness is very important to us. We are looking for someone who is tidy, organized, and genuinely cares about maintaining shared spaces with respect and consideration. There is a possibility to buy all the furniture if you decide to take over the lease.
