MitbewohnerIn - gerne auch Wochenaufenthalterin - gesucht für 2er WG an zentraler, ruhiger Lage in Küsnacht ZH.

Dein Zimmer ist 12m2 gross und hat Aussicht in den Garten. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 100m2 gross und perfekt um zu zweit zu Wohnen (hat eine Gästetoilette und ein Badezimmer).
Es wird möbliert vermietet (s. Bilder). Dazu gehören: Einzelbett und Kleiderkommode. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar.

Wohn- und Esszimmer, Bad mit Badewanne, Küche, Terrasse und Waschküche (Letzteres mit zwei anderen Parteien im Haus geteilt) sind zur Mitbenützung.
Zum See sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Da gibts eine Badi und öffentliche Grünflächen.
300 Meter bis zur Migros und Coop. Sehr gute Verbindungen (Viertelstunden-Takt) nach Zürich mit S-Bahn und Bus: 10 Minuten bis Bhf. Stadelhofen, 13 Minuten bis Zürich HB. Zu Fuss bist du in 3 Minuten am Perron.

Im Mietpreis sind die Heizkosten à Konto mitinbegriffen. Ende Jahr kriegen wir dann die effektive Abrechnung, die wir je Hälftig bezahlen, falls diese höher ausfällt als einbezahlt (war bis jetzt nie der Fall, auch 2022 mit den hohen Gaspreisen nicht).

Du würdest mit David zusammen wohne. Hier eine kurze Beschreibung von ihm: Ich (m/33) stehe mit beiden Beinen im Leben, mag Lesen, Sport und Freunde treffen. Nebenbei mag ich es sehr zu Reisen. Ich bin beruflich leidenschaftlicher Ingenieur, der gerne im Team zusammenarbeitet und mit diesem grosse Projekte meistert. Ich bin eine saubere und ordentliche Person, was ich mir auch von dir wünsche. Bist du interessiert? Looking for a Roommate – Ideal for Weekly Commuters

We have a cozy and bright 12m² room available in a spacious 2-person apartment in Küsnacht ZH, centrally located in a quiet and beautiful area. The apartment is 100m² in total and perfectly suited for two people, featuring a guest toilet and a full bathroom.

The room is furnished (as seen in the pictures) and includes a single bed and a chest of drawers. It is available immediately.

Apartment Features & Location:
• Shared living & dining area, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, and a terrace
• Laundry facilities shared with two other units in the building
• Just a 5-minute walk to the lake, where you’ll find a public swimming area and green spaces
• 300 meters to Migros and Coop for groceries
• Excellent public transport connections: trains and buses run every 15 minutes, with only 10 minutes to Stadelhofen and 13 minutes to Zürich HB. The train station platform is just a 3-minute walk away.

Rent & Utilities:
• Heating costs are included as an advance payment. At the end of the year, we receive the actual billing and split any difference 50/50 (though in the past, even during the high gas prices of 2022, there was never an additional charge).

Who You’ll Be Living With:

You’ll be sharing the apartment with David (33, male). A little about him:
