I’m Logan, I’m renting out my lovely furnished room in a shared house (not just a flat) starting August 1st, 2025 until October 1st. The room is on the third floor, very spacious, full of natural light, and comes fully furnished.

The furniture is all brand new, bought from IKEA in April 2025, and includes everything you need to move in comfortably.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature, just a 3-minute walk from Binz station, 2 minutes from Giesshübel, and 5 minutes from Manesseplatz. You can reach Zurich HB in only 5 minutes by train – super convenient!

About the flatshare:

We’re a 5-person household, between 28 and 32 years old, easygoing and social. We’re LGBTQ+ friendly, speak English at home, and come from a variety of backgrounds and interests.

The house has a spacious kitchen with two sinks and a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer for free use, and a sunny terrace with a lounge area and grill.

We’re looking for someone who is tidy, open-minded, and planning to stay at least until the end of the current contract.
