I’m looking for someone to take over my 14 m² bright room, sunny all day, in a cozy 4-person attic flat in Hardbrücke.

• 10-minute walk (900 m) from Zürich Hardbrücke railway station
• Only 5 minutes by bus to Zürich Hauptbahnhof
• Less than 5 minutes walk to tram 3 & 8 and buses 31, 32, 33, 72, 83

• 500 m from Lidl & Migros
• 900 m from Coop + Turkish grocery open 7/7
• 300 m from Letzigrund Stadium

🛏 The room is fully furnished (winter duvet, pillow, mattress,…), with the possibility to take over all furniture (including extra IKEA storage and a large coat rack disassembled in our storage space).

🚿 You will share the bathroom with only one very friendly girl.
👥 We are all around 30 years old, working professionals, and we enjoy a friendly and respectful flat atmosphere.
🌇 The highlight: an amazing rooftop terrace with a 360° view over Zurich and the stadium. Perfect for BBQs, sunset apéros, or enjoying the atmosphere during concerts and football games. The apartment is well insulated, so it stays quiet inside.
