Hey :) Unsere WG sucht ab 01.12.2025 (auch früher möglich) eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist Teil einer geräumigen 4er-WG in der Effingerstrasse, welche im vierten Stock mit Lift liegt. Es ist ca. >16m2 gross. Das Zimmer ist hell, mit hoher Decke und grosszügig geschnitten. Es wird unmöbliert übergeben.

Neben den anderen WG-Zimmern gibt es ein grosses Wohnzimmer und eine geräumige Küche (mit kleinem Balkon). Neben dem Bad mit Dusche und WC, gibt es ebenfalls ein separates WC, sodass es unter vier Personen gut aufgeht. Zur Wohnung gehört ausserdem ein Kellerabteil, ein Waschraum, Veloraum und Lift. Der monatliche Mietpreis enthält die Nebenkosten, Internet-und TV Kosten sowie die Kosten für die Reinigung (Putzfrau).

Die WG ist sehr zentral gelegen. Mit den Tramlinien 6/7/8 braucht es 4 Minuten zum Hirschengraben und knapp 6 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen Coop und einen Denner und auch der Kocherpark ist nur wenige Fussminuten entfernt.

In der WG (Alterspanne von 28-33 Jahren) wohnen Lim, Mathieu und Marina und Sarah. Sarah wird im November aus der WG ausziehen. Alle in der WG sind berufstätig und entsprechend oft unterwegs. Trotzdem sind wir immer für gemeinsame WG-Aktivitäten offen.

Hey :) Our shared apartment is looking for a new roommate starting December 1, 2025 (earlier move-in possible). The room is part of a spacious 4-person shared apartment on Effingerstrasse, located on the fourth floor with an elevator. It is approx. >16m2 in size. The room is bright, with high ceilings and a generous layout. It will be handed over unfurnished.

In addition to the other rooms in the shared apartment, there is a large living room and a spacious kitchen (with a small balcony). In addition to the bathroom with shower and toilet, there is also a separate toilet, so it works well for four people. The apartment also has a basement storage room, a laundry room, a bicycle storage room, and an elevator. The monthly rent includes utilities, internet and TV costs, and cleaning costs (cleaning lady).

The shared apartment is very centrally located. With tram lines 6/7/8, it takes 4 minutes to get to Hirschengraben and just under 6 minutes to the train station. There is a Coop and a Denner just around the corner, and Kocherpark is also only a few minutes' walk away.

Lim, Mathieu, Marina, and Sarah live in the shared apartment (age range 28-33). Sarah will be moving out of the shared apartment in November. Everyone in the shared apartment works and is often out and about. Nevertheless, we are always open to shared apartment activities.
