shared flat for all genders in Weinfelden (TG)

I’m renting out a big private room (about 35m²) in a 2-room apartment. The apartment has a separate kitchen, bathroom, and a large clean cellar/storage space. It’s fully furnished, with all kitchen equipment, a washing machine, and everything you need.

The building has no elevator, and the apartment is on the 4th floor. Rent is CHF 780/month, all included (electricity, water, heating, Radio TV.

The location is excellent: shops are right next to the building (1–2 minutes walking), and the train station is only 5-6 minutes away.

About me: I live alone, I’m friendly and easy-going. I’m looking for a clean, respectful, open-minded person (man or woman), preferably between 18–35 years old, to share the apartment with me:)
