Ich gehe im Januar für ein Austauschsemester ins Ausland und vermiete deshalb mein Zimmer in unserer 6.5-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung. Die Untermiete läuft bis Ende Juni 2027. Falls es für alle passt, kannst du danach auch das Zimmer und die Hauptmieterschaft ganz übernehmen. Das besprechen wir dann einfach.

Die Wohnung ist ein geräumiger Altbau und fürs Studium ideal. Zur HSG sind es knapp 2 Minuten zu Fuss, zum Marktplatz etwa 10 und zum Bahnhof ca. 15. Es gibt eine grosse, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Herd/Backofen und Spülmaschine, ein Wohnzimmer (mit zwei Sofas, Fernseher und Minikühlschrank), ein grosses, modernes Bad und ein separates WC. Wenn Gäste zu Besuch sind, können sie im Gästezimmer übernachten, das sonst als Wäschezimmer dient. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler, die man kostenlos nutzen kann. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist etwa zwei Gehminuten entfernt, und parkieren kann man in der blauen Zone (Zone 1) am unteren Ende des Grundstücks.

Das Zimmer hat ca. 25 m², ist hell und hat einen eigenen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen. Es ist möbliert. Nach Ablauf der Untermiete kannst du die Möbel nach Absprache auch ganz übernehmen. Einziehen kannst du ab dem 01.01.2027. Wenn du etwas später kommen willst, ist das nach Absprache auch okay.

Die Miete beträgt CHF 885 pro Monat, alles inklusive: Nebenkosten, Serafe und Internet.

Meine drei Mitbewohner (zwei Männer, eine Frau) bleiben in der Wohnung. Alle drei studieren im Bachelor an der HSG. Wir verstehen uns sehr gut, der Umgang ist locker, unkompliziert und respektvoll. Wir verbringen auch gerne mal Zeit zusammen, eine Party-WG sind wir aber nicht. Die drei freuen sich über jemanden, der offen und freundlich ist und auch Verständnis hat, wenn sich jemand fürs Studium mal zurückzieht. Wichtig ist, dass du dich an Absprachen hältst, verantwortungsbewusst mit der Wohnung umgehst und hilfsbereit und unkompliziert bist. Ob Mann oder Frau und ob du Deutsch, Französisch oder Englisch sprichst, spielt keine Rolle.

I’m going on exchange in January, so I’m renting out my room in our 6.5-room flat in a period building. The sublet runs until the end of June 2027. If it works for everyone, you could also take over the room and the main tenancy afterwards. We can talk about that later.

The flat is a spacious period building and ideal for studying. HSG is less than 2 minutes on foot, the Marktplatz is about 10 and the train station about 15. There’s a large, well-equipped kitchen with a stove/oven and a dishwasher, a living room (with two sofas, a TV and a mini fridge), a large, modern bathroom and a separate toilet. If you have guests, they can stay in the guest room, which is otherwise used as a laundry room. The basement has a washing machine and a dryer, which you can use for free. The nearest bus stop is about two minutes away on foot, and you can park in the blue zone (zone 1) at the bottom of the property.

The room is about 25 m², bright, and has its own balcony with a table and chairs. It comes furnished. Once the sublet ends, you can also take over the furniture completely if we agree on it. You can move in from 1 January 2027. If you’d like to come a bit later, that’s fine too if we agree on it.

The rent is CHF 885 per month, everything included: utilities, Serafe (the Swiss TV and radio fee) and internet.

My three flatmates (two guys, one woman) are staying. All three are doing their bachelor’s at HSG. We get along really well, and the vibe is relaxed, easygoing and respectful. We like spending time together every now and then, but we’re not a party flat. The three of them would be happy with someone who is open and friendly and also understands when someone needs some time to themselves for studying. It matters that you stick to agreements, take responsibility for the flat and are helpful and easygoing. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a man or a woman, or whether you speak German, French or English.
