Frei sind 2 helle 11 qm- Zimmer, die Platz bieten für alles, was man braucht. Wir haben große Gemeinschaftsräume, sodass du auch da noch einen Schrank unterbringen könntest. :) Das Fenster ist auf die Südostseite ausgerichtet, sodass du Sonnenlicht tanken kannst. Es wird unmöbiliert übergeben und kann ab 01. Juli bezogen werden.

In die Uni läuft man weniger als 15 Minuten. Zu Fuß ist man auch in weniger als 15 Minuten beim Hauptbahnhof. Ein Bus fährt 2 Minuten entfernt in das Stadtzentrum. Wir haben eine hammer Aussicht und sogar Bodensee-Blick! ;)

Wir sind Ninyan und Julia, beide 23 Jahre alt und suchen für unsere WG zwei offene Personen, mit denen man auch abends gern mal ein Bierchen/Vino trinken kann. Frei nach dem Motto: alles kann, nichts muss. ;)

Unsere WG ist eine Neugründung, jedoch haben wir bereits erste Möbel, sodass wir von Beginn an gut leben können. Trotzdem bietet sie noch viel Freiraum für Mitgestaltung, v.a. für unsere riesigen Balkone/Terrassen (knapp 60m2). Ob ein Hochbeet, Hängematten, ein Feuerschalenplatz oder alles gleichzeitig. Hier können wir uns noch richtig austoben. :D
Im Preis ist die Kaltmiete sowie sämtliche Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, etc.) enthalten. Die Wohnung wurde erst saniert und sieht aus wie neu! Sogar eine funktionstüchtige Cheminee schmückt unser Wohnzimmer! Zur gleichen Zeit kann auch ein weiteres Zimmer mit derselben Größe bezogen werden.

There are 2 bright 11 sqm rooms available that offer space for everything you need. We have large common rooms, so you could also store a cupboard there. :) The window faces southeast, so you can soak up the sunlight. It will be handed over unfurnished and you can move in from July 1st.



You can walk to the university in less than 15 minutes. You can also walk to the main train station in less than 15 minutes. There is a bus to the city center 2 minutes away. We have a great view and even a view of Lake Constance ;)

Our shared flat is a newly founded one, but we already have some furniture so that we can live well right from the start. Nevertheless, it still offers a lot of scope for co-design, especially for our huge balconies/terraces (almost 60m2). Whether a raised bed, hammocks, a fire bowl area or everything at the same time. We can really let off steam here. :D
