female
tenant(s) who is clean (please clean up after cooking), quiet, and respectful

Important Note:
The room is sublet for 11 days due to I will be travelling during this period. So, this room
cannot
be registered as an official residence.

* The room is furnished with
one double bed, one big wardrobe, 2 tables and 2 chairs
.
* The apartment has 4 rooms across two floors:
* Ground floor: 1 room(my room), a shared kitchen, and a shared bathroom
* Upper floor: 3 rooms
* Basement: Laundry area and storeroom
* You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area with three other female roommates.
* The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, a refrigerator and an oven.


Nearby Amenities:



* 4 minutes walk to Denner for groceries.
