Wir, Bettina (Aktivierungsfachfrau, 36) und Ronja (Pflegefachfrau, 35), suchen eine:n neue:n Mitbewohner:in für unsere schöne Altbauwohnung nahe dem Spital Winterthur. Ein Einzug wäre möglich per Mitte August oder nach Vereinbarung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral – der Bahnhof ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Wir beide sind beruflich wie privat viel unterwegs und schätzen eine entspannte, respektvolle Atmosphäre zu Hause. Wenn sich ein spontanes Zusammensitzen ergibt freuen wir uns, geniessen jedoch auch Zeit für uns und unsere Hobbys.

We, Bettina (activation therapy, 36) and Ronja (nurse, 35), are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our beautiful old-style apartment near the Winterthur hospital. The flat is very centrally located – the main train station is about a 15-minute walk away.

We’re both quite busy with work and personal life and value a relaxed, respectful atmosphere at home. When a spontaneous chat or get-together happens, we’re happy to share the moment – but we also enjoy time to ourselves and our hobbies.

The room is available from mid-August or by arrangement.
