Sonniges Zimmer in gemütliche 2er WG

Ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die Lust hat, ab dem 1. April in eine tolle, sonnige 3-Zimmerwohnung in Albisrieden zu ziehen – und gemeinsam mit mir eine neue WG zu gründen! Hast du Möbel, die du mitbringen möchtest, oder hast du Lust, zusammen auf Brocki-Touren in Zürich zu gehen? Umso besser!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für uns: Sie ist hell und gut geschnitten, mit einem schönen Balkon, auf dem man die Sonne genießen kann. Neben den 3 Zimmern gibt es viel Stauraum im Keller und Estrich, einen Veloraum und optional einen Parkplatz. Dein Zimmer ist 15.5 m2 groß und kostet 1'245 CHF inkl. Nebenkosten.

Die Lage ist ideal: Albisrieden ist bestens an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden (direktes Tram zum HB, 80er Bus nach Altstetten), und Supermärkte wie Migros, Coop und Denner sind gleich um die Ecke. In nur zwei Minuten bist du im Grünen, und der Üetliberg mit seinen schönen Wanderwegen und der Finnenbahn für Läufer ist direkt vor der Tür.

Was das WG-Leben betrifft, stelle ich mir eine entspannte, freundschaftliche Atmosphäre vor. Abends spontan den Tag auf dem Balkon ausklingen lassen, gemeinsam kochen oder einfach mal einen Film schauen – alles möglich, aber kein Muss. Ich bin auch oft unterwegs, sei es beim Volleyball, in den Bergen oder auf kulturellen Events, sodass du die Wohnung auch gut für dich haben kannst. Was mir besonders wichtig ist, ist eine offene Kommunikation und dass sich jeder in der WG wohlfühlt. Sauberkeit und ein gewisses Maß an Ordnung in den Gemeinschaftsräumen sollten für uns beide selbstverständlich sein.

Ich (w, 29) habe Umweltnaturwissenschaften studiert und arbeite in Zürich, wo ich langfristig bleiben möchte. Nachhaltigkeit liegt mir am Herzen, und ich habe gerne ein grünes Zuhause mit vielen Pflanzen auf dem Balkon. Wenn du auch einen grünen Daumen hast oder Lust, ab und zu nach den Pflanzen zu schauen, wäre das ein schönes Plus! :)

I'm looking for a roommate who would like to move into a great, sunny 3-room apartment in Albisrieden from April 1 - and start a new flat share with me! Do you have any furniture you'd like to bring with you, or would you like to go on brocery tours in Zurich together? All the better!

The apartment is perfect for us: it's bright and well laid out, with a nice balcony where you can enjoy the sun. In addition to the 3 rooms, there is plenty of storage space in the basement and attic, a bike room and an optional parking space. Your room is 15.5 m2 in size and costs CHF 1'245 including utilities.

The location is ideal: Albisrieden has excellent public transport connections (direct streetcar to the main station, 80 bus to Altstetten), and supermarkets such as Migros, Coop and Denner are just around the corner. You can be in the countryside in just two minutes, and the Üetliberg with its beautiful hiking trails and the Finnenbahn for runners is right on the doorstep.

As far as living in a shared flat is concerned, I imagine a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Spontaneously ending the day on the balcony in the evening, cooking together or simply watching a movie - anything is possible, but not a must. I'm also often out and about, whether it's playing volleyball, in the mountains or at cultural events, so you can have the apartment to yourself. What is particularly important to me is open communication and that everyone feels comfortable in the shared flat. Cleanliness and a certain level of tidiness in the communal areas should be a matter of course for both of us.

I (f, 29) studied environmental sciences and work in Zurich, where I would like to stay for the long term. Sustainability is important to me and I like to have a green home with lots of plants on the balcony. If you also have green fingers or feel like looking after the plants from time to time, that would be a nice plus! :)
