Hi! We’re Javier and Miguel.
We’re currently looking for a new flatmate to join us in our apartment. Ideally, we’re looking for a man between 23 and 33 years old. The room would be available from November 1st, but we're flexible with the move-in date – any time up until January works for us.
The room is
17 square metres
, and has it's own bathroom, so there's plenty of space to make it your own.
We're both Spanish and work in banking, so we tend to click well with people from Southern Europe –due to shared cultural vibes. We also appreciate people who are focused and career-driven, as we both have quite demanding jobs.
We enjoy going out and having a good time, but we also like to keep the apartment a relaxed and comfortable space. So we’re ideally looking for someone social, but not someone who’s regularly hosting drinks or parties at home.
