Wir suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner*in für unsere wunderschöne 4.5 Zimmer WG im obersten (7.) Stock.

Das Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist das einzige Zimmer der WG mit eigenem Balkon. Es ist in der Sonne gelegen und hat ein grosses Fenster, was stets viel Licht ins Zimmer lässt und eine schöne Aussicht auf den Pilatus bietet. Ausserdem hat das Zimmer einen Einbauschrank.

Die Wohnung:
Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz zum Leben und Wohlfühlen. Alle Räume sind vollständig möbliert (ausser das WG-Zimmer natürlich :))
Die Küche ist gross, modern und komplett ausgestattet.
Die beiden Badezimmer erlauben allen Mitbewohnern genug Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung hat eine eigene Waschmaschine und Tumbler, weshalb wir nie von der geteilten Waschküche des Hauses Gebrauch nehmen müssen.
Zudem gibt es eine weitere grosse Terrasse, die um die ganze Wohnung läuft, sodass man einen schönen Ausblick auf Rigi und Pilatus hat.
Die Abteile im Estrich und Keller sorgen für genug Stauraum.
Die Wohnung ist zentral in der Neustadt Luzern gelegen. Eine Bushaltestelle findet sich direkt vor der Tür, in 15min ist man zu Fuss am Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants sind innert Minuten erreichbar.

Bist du eine offene, unkomplizierte und ordentliche Person? Wir sind aufgestellte Mitbewohner, die gerne miteinander lachen, aber auch die eigene Zeit schätzen.
Da ich und Leon etwa zeitgleich umziehen und die WG daher leider verlassen werden, sucht Ilaria (w, 40) eine Nachfolge für mein Zimmer. Ilaria Arbeitet im Eventmanagement, mag Sportwettkämpfe und authentisches italienisches Essen, und ist ab und zu auch im Ausland oder bei ihrer Familie im Tessin.

Das Einzugsdatum ist nach Absprache und dementsprechend flexibel.

We are looking for a new flatmate for our beautiful 4.5 room flat share on the top (7th) floor.

The room:
The room is the only room in the flat share with its own balcony. It is located in the sun and has a large window, which always lets a lot of light into the room and offers a beautiful view of the Pilatus. The room also has a built-in wardrobe.

The flat:
The flat offers plenty of space to live and feel at home. All rooms are fully furnished (except the shared room of course :))
The kitchen is large, modern and fully equipped.
The two bathrooms allow all flatmates enough privacy. The flat has its own washing machine and tumble dryer, so we never have to use the shared laundry room in the house.
There is also another large terrace that runs around the entire flat, giving you a beautiful view of the Rigi and Pilatus.
The compartments in the attic and cellar provide plenty of storage space.
The flat is centrally located in the Neustadt district of Lucerne. There is a bus stop right outside the door, the railway station is a 15-minute walk away and shopping facilities, bars and restaurants can be reached within minutes.

Are you an open, uncomplicated and tidy person? We are open-minded flatmates who like to laugh together but also value our own time.
As me and Leon are moving at around the same time and will therefore unfortunately be leaving the flat share, Ilaria (female, 40) is looking for a successor for my room. Ilaria works in event management, likes sports competitions and authentic Italian food, and occasionally spends time abroad or with her family in Ticino.

The move-in date is by arrangement and therefore flexible.
