We have a cozy, fully furnished room available in our shared flat starting November 10 (start date can be negotiated). The room includes a bed, cupboard, table, chair and shelf.

Rent covers everything except electricity and TV which amounts to 100-150 CHF per person per year. The deposit is 1000 CHF (your share of the total 3000 CHF). The flat has a shared living room/dining area, kitchen and two bathrooms (you would share one). No pets are allowed in the apartment. The flat is conveniently located right next to tram line 11 and is just a 10-minute walk to Bahnhof Oerlikon. Also, less than 20 minutes by tram or train to HB.

You would initially join as a subtenant of the two main tenants, but there's potential to discuss signing on as a main tenant in the future.

We are seeking someone friendly, clean and organised: who appreciates a tidy space and is not too much of a party animal. Preference is for a female flatmate to keep the current bathroom-sharing setup balanced and we're ideally looking for an English speaker to join us.
