Die Wohnung liegt in einem charmanten Altbau von ca. 1910. In den Wohnräumen gibt es originales Fischgrat-Parkett, in Küche und Bad Terrazzoböden. Zur Wohnung gehören zwei Zimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad.
