Helles, schönes 14m2 Zimmer, mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon. Nach Absprache auch möbliert möglich.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder, weshalb das eine Bad mit einer weiteren Person geteilt wird.
Highlights der Wohnung sind die Terrassen, das eigene Rooftop sowie das grosse Wohnzimmer mit moderner, offener Küche und viel Licht. Das WG Zimmer kann möbliert oder unmöbliert übernommen werden und eventuell gibt es auch die Option bei Interesse auf Verlängerung.

Die WG liegt sehr zentral in Kreis 6. Der Hauptbahnhof is 15 min zu Fuss, 9 min by tram, 6 min by bike. Die Limmat und Letten sind 5min mit dem Rad oder 10min zu Fuss entfernt, es liegt also wirklich ziemlich zentral. Allerdings liegt es nicht direkt im Zentrum, sodass es nicht so laut und geschäftig zugeht und man sich nach der Arbeit auf den Terrassen entspannen kann.

Du wirst mit Sophie (28), Assistenzärztin in der Gynäkologie, und Max (32), Unternehmensberater zusammenleben. Wir führen ein offenes und angenehmes Zusammenleben. Man begegnet sich gerne im Alltag, isst mal zusammen oder unternimmt was, respektiert aber auch die Privatsphäre der anderen. Es ist also keine Zweck WG ist. (:

Searching for a subtenant for the months of August and September (option to be extended)

Bright, beautiful 14m2 room with direct access to the balcony. Can also be furnished by arrangement.
The apartment has two bathrooms, which is why one bathroom is shared with only one other person.
Highlights of the apartment are the terraces, the private rooftop and the large living room with modern, open kitchen and lots of light. The shared room can be taken over furnished or unfurnished and there may also be an option to extend it if you are interested.

The WG is centrally located in Kreis 6. The main station is 15 min walk, 9 min by tram and 6 min by bike away.
The Limmat and Letten also is only 5 min by bike or 10 min walk away, so it's really very central. However it is not in the very center so it does not get that loud or busy and you can easily relax at the terraces after work.

You will be living with Sophie (28), assistant doctor in gynecology, and Max (32), management consultant. We have a friendly and nice shared flat life. We like to meet each other in everyday life, eat together or take a glass of wine, but we also respect each other's privacy. So it's not a purpose-flat share. (:
