Zimmer frei in Wohlen b. Bern ab 15. Dezember für min. 1,5 Monate bis Open End!

In der WG im Bannholz wird ab dem 15. Dezember ein WG- Zimmer frei. Den genauen Einzugstermin können wir gerne in gemeinsamer Absprache festlegen.
Wir suchen eine*n Mitbewohner*in, die*der für mindestens 1,5 Monate und gerne auch länger mit uns zusammenleben möchte.

Wir sind eine WG innerhalb einer Wohnbaugenoss*innenschaft. Insgesamt leben hier 18 Erwachsene und 11 Kinder in verschiedenen Wohnformen. Als Geno teilen wir einen riesigen Umschwung, Garten, Sauna (ya ! Perfekt für den Winter), Pool (eher im Sommer…), Werkstatt, grosse Gemeinschaftsküche und einiges mehr.
Die WG, die nur von Erwachsenen bewohnt wird, hat 5 Schlafzimmer und wir teilen uns eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Im Stock darüber leben 2 weiter Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, wir teilen die Bäder und sind gerne beieinander zu besuch.

Gerne kochen, essen, diskutieren, spielen und chillen wir zusammen, teilen Projekte und Philosophien. Genauso lieben wir alle unser Leben mit Freiräumen und Privatsphäre.
Die Miete für das freie Zimmer beträgt 674 CHF. Darin enthalten sind sämtliche Nebenkosten wie Internet, Zeitungen, Heizung, Wasser, Strom.
Falls Du nur eine kurzfristige Bleibe (bis Ende Januar) suchst, können wir gerne über die Höhe der Miete diskutieren und gemeinsam eine Lösung finden.
Wir leben am Waldrand mit einer mega Aussicht auf die Berge und haben dennoch super Anbindung nach Bern, mit ÖV oder Velo. Der Bahnhof Bern ist etwa 30 bis 35 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von uns entfernt.

Une chambre se libère dans la colocation de Bannholz à partir du 15 décembre. Nous pouvons convenir ensemble de la date exacte d'emménagement. Nous recherchons un·e colocataire qui souhaite vivre avec nous pendant au moins 1,5 mois mais également pour du long terme.


Nous sommes une colocation au sein d'une coopérative d'habitation. Au total, 18 adultes et 11 enfants vivent ici dans différents types de logements. En tant que coopérative, nous partageons un immense terrain, un jardin, un sauna (ya ! parfait pour l'hiver), une piscine (plutôt en été…), un atelier, une grande cuisine commune et bien d'autres choses encore.
La colocation, qui n'est occupée que par des adultes, dispose de 5 chambres et nous partageons une cuisine, un salon et deux salles de bain. Nous aimons cuisiner, manger, discuter, jouer et nous détendre ensemble, partager des projets et des philosophies. À l'étage au-dessus vivent deux autres adultes et deux enfants. Nous partageons les salles de bain et aimons nous rendre visite. Nous aimons également tous notre vie avec des espaces libres et notre intimité.

Le loyer de la chambre libre est de 674 CHF. Il comprend tous les frais supplémentaires tels qu'internet, les journaux, le chauffage, l'eau et l'électricité.
Si tu ne cherches qu'un logement à court terme (jusqu'à fin janvier), nous pouvons discuter du montant du loyer et trouver ensemble une solution.

Nous vivons à la lisière de la forêt avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes, tout en étant très bien desservis par les transports publics ou le vélo pour rejoindre Berne.
La gare de Berne se trouve à environ 30 à 35 minutes à vélo de chez nous.

A room will be available in the shared apartment in Bannholz from December 15. We are happy to arrange the exact move-in date together.
We are looking for a roommate who would like to live with us for at least 1.5 months and preferably longer.

We are a shared apartment within a housing cooperative. A total of 18 adults and 11 children live here in various types of accommodation. As a cooperative, we share a huge yard, garden, sauna (yes! Perfect for winter), pool (more for summer...), workshop, large communal kitchen, and much more.
The shared apartment, which is occupied only by adults, has 5 bedrooms, and we share a kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms. Two other adults and two children live on the floor above us. We share the bathrooms and enjoy visiting each other.

We enjoy cooking, eating, discussing, playing, and chilling together, sharing projects and philosophies. We also all love our lives with freedom and privacy.
The rent for the vacant room is 674 CHF. This includes all utilities such as internet, newspapers, heating, water, and electricity.
If you are only looking for a short-term stay (until the end of January), we can discuss the rent and find a solution together.

We live on the edge of the forest with breathtaking views of the mountains, yet are very well connected by public transport or bike to Bern.
Bern train station is about 30 to 35 minutes by bike from our home.
