Die Wohnung ist direkt in Bahnhofsnähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer ist 31 m2 gross mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank und eigenem Bad. Dazu gibt es einen grossräumigen Gemeinschaftsraum und super Balkon.

Wir suchen eine/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die sich gerne am WG-Leben beteiligt. Uns ist ein harmonisches Miteinander und ein gewisser Sauberkeitsstandard wichtig. Bitte schreibt etwas zu euch sowie ein Fun Fact. Ohne persönliche Nachricht wird eure Anfrage leider nicht berücksichtigt.

Wir sind Stephan (35) und Guanni (31). Wir machen gerne Sport, vor allem am Wochenende. Beide sind wir berufstätig und sprechen sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch. Ab und zu kochen wir zusammen und genießen ein WG-Abendessen oder gehen zusammen schwimmen.

The apartment is in the heart of Baar, directly near the train station and shopping facilities. The room is 31 m2 large with a walk-in closet, own bathroom and a spacious common room and great sunny balcony.
