Wir gründen per 1.3.26 eine neue 3er-WG. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig geschnitten und aktuell noch leer - die Möbel auf den Bildern stammen vom Vormieter. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sowie die Küche werden von und neu eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet.
Wir sind 2 Männer (24 & 28), beide im Studium und berufstätig. In unserer Freizeit machen wir gerne Sport (Gym/Tennis/Boxen), sind gerne im Sommer mit dem Motorrad unterwegs und verbringen Zeit mit freunden. Zuhause schätzen wir eine entspannte Atmosphäre - keine Zweck-WG.
Wichtig zu wissen: Gelegentlich wird in der Wohnung eine Shisha geraucht, und ab und zu ein Hund auf Besuch.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon zur Strasse sowie eine ruhige Terrasse auf der Rückseite.
Zimmer Nr. 3 im Grundrissplan ist noch frei und wird unmöbiliert vermietet.
Wir suchen eine offene, zuverlässige und unkomplizierte Person, die Lust auf ein entspanntes WG-Leben hat und sauber ist.

We are founding a new 3-person flatshare as of March 1, 2026. The apartment has a generous layout and is currently empty – the furniture shown in the photos belongs to the previous tenant. The shared living areas and the kitchen will be newly furnished and fully equipped by us.
We are two men (24 & 28), both students and employed. In our free time, we enjoy sports (gym, tennis, boxing), going on motorcycle rides in summer, and spending time with friends. At home, we value a relaxed and friendly atmosphere – this is not a purely functional flatshare.
Good to know: a shisha is occasionally smoked in the apartment, and from time to time a dog may be visiting.
The apartment has a balcony facing the street as well as a quiet terrace at the back.
Room no. 3 on the floor plan is still available and will be rented unfurnished.
