Furniture: Bed, two under bed drawers, bedside table, desk, chair. Bedding if you need it too.

Option to buy the previous flatmate’s large wardrobe if you need more space.

⚠️ Your bathroom would contain the washing machine and dryer for the flat.

You need to be willing to arrange access times for the two other housemates to use the washer and dryer. Though the bathroom itself is yours.


Flatmates

I’m Nick :) I enjoy racket sports, going out for food, and summer (if I could get rid of winter I would). I’m a software engineer and work from home as I’m currently self employed. I’m out most evenings but when I’m around I like to talk.

There will be one other flatmate but I don’t know who they will be yet as I’m searching for both rooms.


Flat Description

Keeping the apartment properly clean is the only major requirement. The kitchen needs to be cleaned for the next person after you’ve used it. The table should have food wiped off it. It’s no effort if that’s how you live anyway. If not then we’ll argue so its best we’re honest about that.

Having people over or hosting is no problem! The table is 2.2m and can extend to 3.2m which is great for a feast 🥂 And there’s a terrace for when the weather’s good!

There’s a speaker in the living room if you want to play music.

The building is new (July 2023). There’s a spot for bikes outside. There is a room inside for bikes but it’s too small for how many people want to use it.

We have a storage room on the same floor as the apartment.


Contract detail:

📑 The contract is a sublet until the end of the year because that’s all I can offer right now due to the property managers. In January we can sign a new contract and it would be permanent.
