Da ich nach Uitikon ziehen werde, wird mein Zimmer frei. Die Idee ist eine anfängliche Untermiete mit späterer Übernahme des Hauptmietvertrages. Deine Mitbewohnerin Ivana (32), ist momentan noch auf Haussuche, heisst sie wird früher oder später die WG ebenfalls verlassen.
Das WG-Leben bei uns ist unkompliziert, offen und sauber. Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin, ursprünglich aus Dublin, ist Teil eines Kollektivs, passionierte Tänzerin und eine sehr positive Person.
Die WG selber ist extrem zentral, direkt am Lochergut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten über die Strasse, zudem viele Abendaktivitäten direkt vor der Türe.

As I will be moving to Uitikon, my room will become available. The idea is an initial sublet with a later takeover of the main tenancy agreement. Your flatmate Ivana (32) is currently still looking for a house, which means she will also be leaving the flat sooner or later.

Life in our shared flat is uncomplicated, open and clean. Your future flatmate, originally from Dublin, is part of a collective, a passionate dancer and a very positive person.

The flat share itself is extremely central, right next to Lochergut. Shopping facilities across the street and lots of evening activities right on the doorstep.
