Hoi zäme!
Im November wird mein Zimmer in unserer schönen WG frei! Zentral gelegen mit Bahnhof Wiedikon und Tram-Station vor der Haustür, Migros/Coop/Lidl in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso wie zahlreiche Bars/Restaurants. Das Zimmer selbst hat geräumige 20qm, und exklusiven Anschluss an den Balkon! Die Wohnung ist knapp 120qm groß und umfasst einen grossen und offenen Wohn-/Ess-Bereich und zwei Badezimmer. Zusammen wohnen wirst du mit Irmak (29/IT) und Marik (30/Consulting). Wir leben gerne zusammen und verbringen Zeit miteinander, dein Zimmer bietet aber auch perfekte Voraussetzungen für Me-Time, die wir alle brauchen und respektieren. Vermietet wird initial auf 6 Monate in Untermiete und möbliert, ohne Aufpreis.

In November, my room in our great shared flat (WG) will become available! It is centrally located with train station Wiedikon and tram stop right in front of the building, Migros/Coop/Lidl are close by, as well as numerous bars and restaurants. The room itself is spacious at 20 square meters and has exclusive access to the balcony! The apartment is around 120 square meters and includes a large and open living/dining area and two bathrooms. You will be living with Irmak (29/IT) and Marik (30/Consulting). We enjoy living together and spending time with each other, your room also offers the perfect conditions for some "me-time“, which we all need and respect as well. The room is initially rented for 6 months as a sublet and is furnished, with no extra charge.
