We will be only 2 for 110 sqm! Plenty of space!

The apartment is around 110 sqm, newly built in 2024, over 2 floors. I live upstairs. One extra room is set up as a home office and can be shared.

I am 37 and looking for someone around 30 or older. This is not about the rent. I will cover the larger share. What matters to me is the living setup. I am still close friends with most former flatmates and would like to keep that streak going.

Rent is CHF 1'475,-
Nebenkosten: including heating, internet, TV and electricity is CHF 75 on top
Cleaning: Every 3 weeks a cleaning lady cleans 4 hours, this we would need to split.
