Ich ziehe per 01.08.25 aus (flexibel nach Absprache), entsprechend suche ich einen Nachmieter:in / Folgemieter:in für mein möbiliertes Zimmer.

Es leben weitere 3 Personen in der Wohnung (zwei W, ein M, zwischen 26-32 Jahre alt). Das Bad wird mit einer weiteren Person geteilt. Die restlichen Wohnungsbereiche sind zur freien Mitbenutzung da.

Die WG ist ruhig und freundlich.

Furnished room in a 4-Person shared flat for students (Student enrollment required)

I will be moving out per 1.8.25 (flexible), therefore, I'm looking for a new tenant for my furnished room.
There are three other people living in the apartment (two w and one m, aged between 26 and 32). The bathroom is shared with one other person.
All other common areas in the apartment are available for shared use.

The WG is quiet and friendly.
