Cleanliness and a well-organized home are very important to me and I am looking for someone who shares these values. Ideally, you are respectful, communicative and enjoy a good balance of time together and independence.

The location is fantastic, the apartment is right next to a Spar supermarket, Irchel University and the ASVZ gym. Public transport connections are excellent, so getting around the city is quick and easy. The area also has a great vibe, with community events during the semester and a nice bar just around the corner.

Ich bin 27 Jahre alt und suche eine freundliche, offene und aufrichtige Person als Mitbewohner/in für eine gemütliche 2-er-WG. Ich unternehme gerne gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie Kochen, Sport oder einfach einmal zusammen einen Kaffee trinken, schätze aber auch Privatsphäre und Rückzugsraum.

Ordnung und Sauberkeit in der Wohnung sind mir sehr wichtig und ich suche jemanden, der/die das ebenfalls so sieht. Idealerweise bist du respektvoll, kommunikativ und magst eine gute Mischung aus gemeinsamem Austausch und persönlicher Unabhängigkeit.

Die Lage ist ideal, die Wohnung liegt direkt neben einem Spar, der Uni Irchel und dem ASVZ-Fitnesscenter. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind super angebunden, sodass man schnell und unkompliziert überall hinkommt. Ausserdem gibt es während des Semesters schöne Gemeinschaftsveranstaltungen in der Umgebung und eine nette Bar direkt in der Nähe.
