This is Ali (he/him), your future roommate. I am the main tenant and will be your only roommate. The apartment is 74 square meters with a large living/dining room. Your room is 10 square meters. I have not yet moved in. As soon as I move in I will furnish your room with a bed, mattress, desk, chair, and a closet.

I am a 29-year-old software engineer at a Swiss startup. Prior to that I did a PhD and master of computer science at ETH. I enjoy skiing and cycling. I would appreciate your company in these activities. My wife lives in Germany for her studies and will com back next year (that is why your rent is only 1 year). She comes to visit from time to time.
