I am looking for a new flatmate to join a 2-wg apartment near Werdinsel, located on the 17 tram line, only a 10 min walk to either Altstetten train station or the Limmat. The apartment comes with bike storage, shared washing facilities, and its own garden with seating and lighting. The bedroom itself is cozy with a view to the garden, and can come furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and shelving for a small cost.

You would be living with Silvia and her 2 cats (Aperol and Pinot). Silvia is studying her PhD, speaks German, English, and Chinese, and enjoys cooking and painting. We are ideally looking for someone in their mid 20's to early 30s who is happy to live with cats.

The earliest moving date is 01.12.2024, and can be both short term and long term applicants. The duration is until 30 June 2025, with possibility to extend afterwards. The apartment costs 970 CHF a month and this includes bills (nebenkosten).
