Looking for a reliable, social, and laid-back person to sublet the second bedroom in my two-bedroom apartment.

The rent includes:
• One unfurnished bedroom
• A shared, furnished living room
• A fully equipped kitchen (yours to use)
• One shared bathroom

Additional fees cover boiler maintenance

High-speed internet is available for an extra 30 CHF/month (optional).
The wardrobe in the photo can be used if you’d like.

Two months’ deposit required.

The apartment is in Adliswil (Sood Oberleimbach stop), just 20 minutes from Zürich Main Station. There’s a Denner, Lidl, and Aldi nearby, and a large Migros and Coop in the town center. The train station is a 4–5 minute walk from the apartment.

The neighborhood has a variety of restaurants and is surrounded by hills, nature, and great hiking trails.

I’m an easygoing guy who likes having company and would love to make use of the second bedroom since I’m not using it at all. I value both privacy and connection —you’ll have your space, but it’d be great to occasionally hang out and do things together.

I enjoy meaningful conversations, cooking, traveling, hiking, video games, making art, and spending time with friends and family.

I speak English and learning German.
