Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein schönes, 19 m² grosses Zimmer in einer 3er-WG in Dietlikon (ZH).

Das Zimmer hat Parkettboden, ist hell und ruhig und verfügt über direkten Zugang zum grossen Balkon, auf dem auch ein Grill und Sitzecken stehen.

Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock (mit Lift) und bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht: zwei Badezimmer (eines wird hauptsächlich von mir genutzt, das andere von meinen beiden Mitbewohnern), eine moderne Küche mit Spülmaschine, Ofen und vielen weiteren Utensilien, ausserdem Waschmaschine, Trockner und ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Esstisch und viel Platz zum Entspannen. Zudem gibt es auch einen Besucherparkplatz.

Die WG besteht aus zwei berufstätigen, unkomplizierten Mitbewohnern, Timo und Tobi. Beide sind sehr entspannt, freundlich und rücksichtsvoll. Sie spielen gerne Brett- oder Kartenspiele, haben aber auch Verständnis, wenn man lieber seine Ruhe möchte - insgesamt eine angenehme und unkomplizierte Atmosphäre.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch: Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt, und mit dem Zug ist man in drei Stationen am Zürich HB oder Oerlikon (ca. 20 Minuten insgesamt). Dietlikon selbst bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Migros, Coop, IKEA und ein grosses Einkaufszentrum - alles schnell erreichbar. Gleichzeitig ist auch der Wald nur wenige Minuten entfernt, ideal zum Spazieren oder Joggen.

Das Zimmer wird offiziell ab Neujahr frei, ein Einzug nach Weihnachten ist jedoch bereits möglich, da ich mein Studium beende und die WG noch vor Weihnachten verlasse.

Das Zimmer wird an sich unmöbliert übergeben, allerdings würde ich gerne meinen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch sowie ein IKEA-Queensize-Bett mit Nachttisch an den/die Nachmieter/in verkaufen. Für beide Möbelstücke zusammen wäre ein fairer Preis von ca. 220 CHF, verhandelbar.

The room has a parquet floor, is bright and quiet, and has direct access to the large balcony, which also has a grill and seating areas.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor (with an elevator) and has everything you need to feel comfortable: two bathrooms (one mainly used by me, the other by my two flatmates), a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and many other utensils, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and a spacious living room with a sofa, dining table, and plenty of space to relax. There's also a visitor parking spot.

The WG consists of two easygoing, working flatmates, Timo and Tobi. Both are very relaxed, friendly, and considerate. They enjoy playing board and card games but also respect when you prefer some quiet time - overall, it's a pleasant and uncomplicated atmosphere.

The location is very convenient: the nearest bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, and by train, you can reach Zurich HB or Oerlikon in three stops (about 20 minutes total). Dietlikon itself offers plenty of shopping options such as Migros, Coop, IKEA, and a large shopping center, all easily accessible. At the same time, the forest is only a few minutes away, perfect for walking or jogging.

The room will officially be available from New Year, but moving in after Christmas is also possible, as I'll be finishing my studies and leaving the WG before the holidays.

The room will be handed over unfurnished, but I'd like to sell my height-adjustable desk and IKEA queen-size bed with nightstand to the new tenant. A fair price for both pieces together would be around CHF 220 (negotiable).
