Vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner WG ab 01.11.25 (Einzug ab sofort möglich) bis 01.04.26

Ich suche eine nette Person für die Gründung einer zweier WG ungefähr zwischen 20 und 40 Jahren. Das wichtigste ist dass wir uns gut verstehen und auch mal eine gute Zeit zusammen haben können.

Ich suche keine Zweck WG. Vielleicht bist du politisch interessiert, machst gern Sport, machst Musik oder kochst gerne, wir finden sicher ein geteiltes Interesse. Es ist schön wenn wir mal etwas zusammen machen können, aber das alle mal Zeit für sich brauchen versteht sich von selbst. In meiner jetzigen WG essen wir Vegan und teilen fast alle Lebensmittel, aber ich habe schon in verschiedenen Konstellationen gewohnt und kann mich gut anpassen.

Looking for a nice person to share a two-person apartment with, roughly between 20 and 40 years old. The most important thing is that we get along well and can enjoy spending time together once in a while. I'm not looking for a purely functional shared flat. Perhaps you're interested in politics, enjoy sports, play music, or like to cook—we're sure to find some common interests. It's nice if we can do things together sometimes, but it goes without saying that everyone needs their own personal space. In my current shared apartment, we eat wegan and share most of the food, and I kind of like that arrangement. But I have lived in a few different constallations and can adapt well to other peoples wishes.

Die Wohnung:

Das Zimmer ist schön geräumig und hell. Es hat Zugang zu einem gemeinsamen schönen Balkon (der auch vom Wohnzimmer zugänglich ist) von dem aus man ein wenig die Limmat sehen kann.

Die Wohnung hat Parkett, ein Bad eine Küche, ein kleines Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon. Die Lage ist echt traumhaft etwa 2 min zu Fuß von der Limmat entfernt und ziemlich ruhig, aber doch recht zentral, man läuft vlt. so 5 min zur Tram Hardturm.

Momentan sind das Wohnzimmer und dein Zimmer noch nicht komplett möbliert, aber ich habe ein paar Möbel für das Wohnzimmer bekommen (ein Tisch, Zwei alte Bauernschränke und ggf auch noch mehr) die du auch für dein Zimmer nutzen könntest sofern du das möchtest. Details können wir dann persönlich besprechen und ich kann auch noch mehr Fotos und Infos zur Wohnung geben..

Die Miete ist befristet, weil meine Freundin gerne im Laufe des nächsten Jahres einziehen möchte, also du hast das Zimmer sicher bis 01.04 und vielleicht können wir es auch noch verlängern, darüber können wir auch persönlich sprechen.

The room is comfortable, spacious and well lit. It has direct access to a shared balcony (that can also be accessed via the living room). The Flat has a wooden floor, Bathroom, kitchen, living room and a balcony. It is situated in a beautiful quiet area 2 minutes away from the limmat, but still quite well connected and close to the center. The tram stop Hardturm is like 5 minutes walk away. Right now your room and the living room still miss furniture, but I have some spare furniture for the living room of which you could surely take some. We can discuss details and I can send some more pictures if you are interested.

The room is available until 01 April at the least, but if you want to stay longer, we can discuss that once we meet. The reason is, that my girlfriend would like to move in with me in the course of the next year.

über mich: 

Ich bin Daniel (31, M), wohne seit ca. 12 Jahren schon immer in Wgs und genieße das sehr. Ich arbeite 80% als Klavierbauer. In der Freizeit habe ich gern Sport (ich mache Muay Thai), Musik (ich spiele Klavier und Gitarre, falls du auch Musik machst ergibt sich ja vielleicht mal eine Jam Session:)) , Games (ich brauche also wie alle auch meinen Rückzug und Zeit allein in meinem Zimmer.) Ich würde mich als politisch und eindeutig links bezeichnen, bin ab und zu auf Demos und rede gerne über was schon wieder alles schreckliches auf der Welt passiert ist.

I'm Daniel (31, M), I've lived in shared flats for about 12 years now and really enjoy it. I work part-time (80%) as a piano technician. In my free time, I like to do sports (I practice Muay Thai), listen to music (I play piano and guitar; if you also play music, maybe we could have a jam session sometime :)), and play video games (like everyone else, I need some time to myself in my room). I would describe myself as politically active and definitely leftist; I occasionally attend demonstrations and like to discuss the latest terrible developements in the world.
