The moving date is flexibly possible within the first two weeks of March. The unfurnished room is on the second floor with around 13 sqm.
The house is located near the Zollikerberg train station (7-minute walk) and a Coop (8-minute walk).
The rent is 620 CHF including all costs and the deposit is one month's rent.
