First of all: with us you don't just live only in a furnished room, you are part of a like-minded flat-sharing community. You don't just live in one of the 5 private rooms, you can use the spacious apartment on 200 m2 with all his conveniences. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, because most guests arrive with only 1-2 suitcases.
The rent includes a lot of services such as: regular basic cleaning, waste disposal, cleaning agents, toilet paper etc.
The main language of the community is English and we keep in contact with our flat-chat.
The landlord is Swiss and assists all guests on request. Benefit from the local knowledge of your landlord, who lives on the ground floor with his family. Enjoy your stay in Switzerland, close to where you operate.
Location
5417 Untersiggenthal. Quiet and sunny situation. The apartment takes the whole upper floor of a 2-family house.
Within 200 meters: Bus stop, butcher, baker, post office, bank, grocery store.... Good public connections.
OUR APARTMENT
The entrance is on the ground floor, with letterbox, intercom system. Inside: wardrobe, staircase upstairs to the apartment.
The living room is spacious and bright (48 m2). Large window fronts with electric blinds. Equipment with: living wall, sofa, worktable, dining area with sideboard, flat-screen TV. Direct access to the south-facing balcony (22 m2) with a covered seating area for sunbathing, chatting and eating.
Large living-kitchen (16 m2) with all professional kitchen equipment: drawers and stowage possibilities, anthracite coloured granite top, large refrigerator, baking/grill-oven, dishwasher, glass-ceramic hob with fume hood, microwave, Coffee machine, Toaster. The corner bench with a long dining table offers up to 10 seats. Direct access to the south balcony.
In the all-purpose room there are: modern washing machine, tumble dryer, large freezer, 2nd refrigerator. In the 4-door closet the residents can store their detergents and other kitchen articles. Direct access to the 2nd balcony with seating-area.
Big bathroom in "black and white" with bath/shower and toilet. A 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet.
In front of the house is a lockable bicycle box and behind it a barbecue area with gas barbecue, table and benches for a cosy barbecue.
Our 5 private rooms are basic-furnished with:
bed, mattress, mattress protector, wardrobe, work table with chair, dimmable room lighting with remote control, individual heating, slat blinds, precious wood parquet, power plugs, Wlan connection. Duvet, pillows and covers, are hygienic articles and can be ordered for the first period on request.
Rent per month up to 6 months or longer: 890.- to 940.-
Short rentals 2-5 months with a small surcharge.
