I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in our spacious, sunny 4-room flat in Kilchberg.

The room is around 16m^2 and fully furnished. The apartment has another bedroom, a furnished living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It's close to the lake, with three bus stops nearby, and has a lovely balcony where you can relax and enjoy the sun. You'll be sharing the flat with a friendly and easygoing girl, who just moved in the apartment in March. The flat is perfectly situated: just outside the busy city center, but only 10 minutes bus ride away from Burkliplatz, making it the ideal base for exploring Zurich. Additional parking space can be rented.

The sublet period is until the end of July 2025. After this, my contract will end, but you will have the possibility to extend it directly with the agency, if you like.
