I'm looking for a new flatmate starting September 1st, as my current one is moving out. You’ll be joining a modern, well-kept 3.5-room apartment in a quiet but perfectly connected part of Zürich — right by Bucheggplatz.

🛏️ The Room & Apartment
The private room is approx. 12.5 m², has beautiful parquet flooring, and gets plenty of natural light. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a 5-story building (with elevator) and was newly built in 2024.

You’ll enjoy:
\- A large living room with dining table and sunny balcony (yes – with a pizza grill 🍕)
\- Two bathrooms: main bathroom with shower & WC + separate guest WC
\- In-unit washer & dryer in a dedicated utility room
\- Storage space, incl. a private cellar compartment
\- Built-in wardrobe at the entrance for jackets/shoes

🧭 Location & Connectivity
\- Tram/bus stops (Bad Allenmoos, Brunnenhof, Bucheggplatz) just around the corner
\- 5–10 min to ETH/Irchel, HB or Oerlikon
\- Highway entrance nearby — ideal if you drive
\- Plenty of blue zone parking available — you’ll usually find a spot with no problem
\- Across the street from the Allenmoos outdoor swimming pool
\- Multiple grocery options close by (Coop, Migros, Aldi, Denner, Lidl, Alnatura, etc.)

👋 About Me
I’m 27, a medical doctor working full-time. At home, I value a calm and tidy environment — but I’m always up for the occasional shared meal or chat on the balcony. Respect, humor, and a relaxed mindset are key.

🙌 Who I’m Looking For
Ideally you’re between 22–30, working or in advanced studies, and planning to stay long-term. You’re considerate, independent, and value a peaceful but friendly flatshare.
No smoking or pets, please.

\- Rent: CHF 1465
\- Utilities: CHF 110
\- Shared expenses (WiFi, basic household supplies etc.): Fair contribution appreciated
