Description

## Description:

I am renting a large room (15 m²) in a spacious 3.5-room apartment (2 bedrooms) in Zürich from 1st of December 2026.

The apartment is roughly 80 m² and will be shared by two people, myself and the new tenant. It is located right in front of Salersteig tram station and walking distance from the Oerlikon train station, a very convenient location in between the airport and Zürich City Center. Gym, Swimming pool, several supermarkets, all 5-10 min walking distance.

It is fully furnished and equipped, so you can move in easily without needing to bring furniture.

The apartment is calm, warm, and has excellent exposure to sunlight, with a balcony in the living room. It is ideal for someone looking for a comfortable, convenient and well-connected home rather than a crowded shared flat.

## About myself

I'm the other tenant, André, 33, from Lisbon, and I work in a tech company. I am tidy, organized, and usually busy during the week. I enjoy sports and I'm up for some plans together on the weekends or evenings. I value privacy and a calm home atmosphere. I am easy-going and respectful, and I like the apartment to remain peaceful and relaxed.

I am looking for a clean, organized, calm, and respectful person to share the apartment with.
