Gesucht wird ein Mieter für eine schöne Wohnung in Steinhausen ab 1. Dezember 2024. Sie können die gesamte Wohnung bis auf ein Zimmer (gehört dem Hauptmieter, der sehr selten hier ist) zur freien Verfügung stellen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und geräumig, mit einer schönen Küche (inkl. Geschirrspülmaschine) und Wohnzimmer, sowie einem Südbalkon. Ein Keller ist im Mietpreis inbegriffen, außerdem verfügt das Haus über eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.

Die Anbindung an die Stadt ist gut: Eine 15-minütige Radtour bringt Sie nach Zug, eine Buslinie ist ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Looking for a tenant for a nice flat in Steinhausen from 1. December 2024. You will have free use of the whole apartment except for one room (belonging to the main tenant, who is very rarely here)

The apartment is very luminous and spacious, with a nice kitchen (including dishwasher) and living room, as well as a balcony looking south. A cellar is included in the rent, and the house has a common washing machine and dryer.

Connection to the city are good: a 15 minutes bike ride brings you to Zug, as well as a bus line a short walk away.
