Ich ziehe in eine neue Wohnung und vermiete mein teilweise möbliertes Zimmer (oder auf Wunsch auch leer, das können wir besprechen) von Ende April bis etwa Juni (auch die Daten sind verhandelbar). Achtung bitte: es handelt sich um eine
befristete Miete von ungefähr zwei Monaten.

: 922 CHF pro Monat, alles inklusive. Der Preis kann je nach Aufenthaltsdauer besprochen und angepasst werden.

Lage
: Ackersteinstrasse 8049, direkt an der Limmat neben der Bahnbrücke. Es ist sehr schön bei uns. Für Personen mit leichtem Schlaf könnte es wegen der Züge allerdings etwas schwierig sein.

Extras
: Garten, sehr netter Mitbewohner, gute Vibes. Waschmöglichkeiten mit Waschmaschine im Keller.
. Unsere
Wohnkultur
ist eher im grünen und linken politischen Spektrum verortet. Uns ist wichtig, dass die Werte im Zuhause einigermassen harmonieren.

I am moving to a new flat and offering my partially furnished room (or if you want it empty, this can be discussed) for rent from the end of April to around June (this can be discussed). Please note:

on Ackersteinstrasse, 8049, by the river next to the train bridge. It is very beautiful. If you are a sensitive sleeper it will be tricky because of the trains.

Special goodies
: Garden, very nice flatmate, good vibes. Laundy functions with a laundy machine in the cellar.

culture
leans towards the green and left end of the political spectrum. It's important for us that values are in some sort of harmony at home.
