Roommates wanted, preferably cheerful and nature-loving, age and gender don't matter, as long as we get along well. The flat is 190 m² and has two floors. It is very bright and located in a multi-family house with underfloor heating, in a green area and close to the Aare river.

Since my son moved out, I have been living here with my friendly Labrador. So you should be a bit dog-friendly. Another dog (as long as it is not a dominant male) is welcome.
Basic cleaning of the shared rooms is included in the price.

Room 2: 17.5 m² parquet flooring (sealed), access to the terrace, bed with bedding 140 x 200 cm, workspace, built-in wardrobe (4 doors), 2 chests of drawers, newly renovated

8m2 bathroom with WC, bathtub, double washbasin and cupboard on the same floor (exclusively for these two rooms)

Shared use: kitchen, living room with fireplace (approx. 60m2), 2 sunny terraces with seating 25m2, additional small garden downstairs, WiFi, laundry room on the same level, craft room, lockable bicycle storage, lift (no problem for people with walking difficulties)
