Hello, I (27,M) am looking for a roommates for my apartment in Dielsdorf, this is 1 of 2 rooms which will be open for a new tenants. The price per room is 590 CHF with all utilities like electricity, heating costs, serafe (tv) and internet included. There's a bus stop (Altmoos) like 1 min walk from the apartment and train station is like 12 min walk from the apartment or I can take you to Oerlikon every morning. The room can be taken with furniture for free or it can be ready empty for you, you can decide.

First room will be ready at the beginning of January, but you can start moving in at the end of the December, second room will be ready at the beginning of February, but you can start moving in at the end of January, the flat is 4,5 room, so maximum 3 tennants at the same time (everyone has his own room and the big living room is shared).

There's also an option for a garage space which is directly under the apartment for 125 CHF/month if needed.

It's nothing luxurious, it's more for people who have goals and need to save as much as possible on side.
