The room is available the 1 December for 4 months with the possibility to take the full flat starting 01/04. My current flatmate is remaining in the flat until end of mars. She is 27 years old, really social, international and works in one of the big tech company. I will remain the main tenant of the flat until Mars.

The location is perfectly located in the center of Zurich, really close to the lake (10 minutes walk) and from the main train station Zurich HB (15mn walk). You have many shops, restaurants & bars, trams/trains stations at 5mn walks.

The apartment is spacious (3 ½ rooms, 120sqm) on the 5th floor with a view on the mountain Uetliberg and the city, fully equipped:
