I’m looking for the _right person_ to share my apartment with, this isn’t just a transaction for me, but I’d like to also share some activities and get along with my flatmate. Both short and long term stays can be considered.

I’m 30 year old guy and work in finance. I speak English, German and some Balkan languages as I come from there. I'm open minded, do sports, love hiking and watching movies. The flat vibe is

The apartment


* Apartment size is about 80m2 (excluding 15m2 balcony). 3.5 Rooms
* Located on Apfelbaumstrasse 8050 Zurich on a quiet street next to greenery. 15 min walk to Oerlikon or 2 bus stops with Bus 75. Tram 7 & 9 are also a 5 min walk and take you to the lake in ~20 min. Also takes 10 min to get to Irchelpark and 20 min to the airport.

Fully furnished apartment except for the bedroom you would be taking

* All rooms are large and are divided equally with the living room being the biggest
* Shared bathroom (~15 m²) with private washing machine
* Balcony with Grill, in case you are a smoker, smoking is only allowed on the balcony
* Private Washing machine + dishwasher in the apartment
* Basement storage (15–20 m²)
* Optional parking spot available + street parking possible (not mandatory)
