I am moving out of my 2-person WG, and in the search for the next person to take over my room!
The apartment is center-located, 3min walking from Oberer Letten, close to Kornhausbrücke and Schaffhauserplatz.
The apartment ist on the second floor, about 65 sqm, including 2 balconies (balcony from the living room not depicted in the plant drawing): one balcony in the living room facing the main street, and one balcony in the kitchen facing the backyard. It has windows in 3 sides of the apartment, having sunsunshine from morning to the evening.
Separate bathroom and toilet. The kitchen has all appliances and is fully equipped.
The bedroom itself is the largest one in the house (number 1 in the plant drawing), with about 13.5 sqm and inbuilt wardrobes. The entire apartment is furnished, apart from the bedroom which will be left empty. However, a bed and mattress can be arranged to the person moving in upon negotiation, if desired.

Your potential new flatmate, Caro, is a 32yo German girl, working in IT consulting. She is very friendly and multicultural, speaks German, English and Spanish, and loves cooking Mexican food and listening to Latin music. She is also very active and social, snowboards in winter, mountain bikes in summer, but also likes chilling and having game nights, with dinner and drinks.

All bills included, except electricity (approximately 50 CHF every 3 months, divided by 2 people). The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, as both of us have unlimited internet on our phones and just route it to other devices.

Neighbourhood is very central, but also quiet. A few families and young couples living in the building complex.

Move in date is 1st of December, or to be arranged!
